We are pleased to announce that the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies has re-opened submissions and we invite legal scholars to submit manuscripts to be considered for publication in our upcoming Vol. 33 Issue 1.

We will review submissions on a rolling basis through the end of September, or until the volume is full, and encourage you to submit manuscripts that match our journal’s specialized focus. To fulfill our theme, manuscripts must be transnational in nature. We look for articles that address global legal issues beyond mere comparative analysis of two nations or a deep dive into a single legal system. While such works include compelling legal scholarship, we will be unable to publish a manuscript that does not address our transnational, global theme.

We also require submissions to be unique academic works that have never been published in-part or fully (print or online). In addition to our student Executive and Editorial Boards, our journal is a peer-reviewed publication with a longer timeline to accommodate our peer reviewers’ efforts. If selected for peer review, we request your patience as we come to a final decision on publication.

Please submit your relevant manuscript (approximately 10,000 words) and current resume/curriculum vitae (including contact information) through Scholastica. Please note that during this submissions window, we will consider authors who have a J.D. or equivalent degree. We will not publish student notes of current J.D. candidates (or equivalent) at this time.

We look forward to reviewing your wonderful submissions!
