Wilmington Law Review, based in Delaware, the nation’s hub for corporate and commercial law, is now welcoming submissions. With strong backing from Delaware’s influential legal community, we invite innovative and impactful scholarship that shapes the future of law.
We welcome articles and essays submitted by academics, judges, and practitioners.
WLR accept articles of up to 25,000 words and shorter essays. Articles between 10,000 and 20,000 words are preferred. We ask that authors submit (1) a cover letter that includes name, article title, word count, phone number, and email address and (2) a CV or résumé.
We review submissions on a rolling basis until all publication slots are filled. We look forward to reading your work and sharing it with the broader legal community.
