Calling all international, comparative, and transnational legal scholars. The Georgetown Journal of International Law is collecting articles for a Special Trade Issue to be published in Volume 57, Issue 3. The Special Trade Issue is part of Volume 57's flagship initiative: ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐…๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐„๐œ๐จ๐ง๐จ๐ฆ๐ข๐œ ๐‹๐š๐ฐ: ๐๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐ž๐ฌ. Articles should be between 15,000โ€“20,000 words and focus on international trade topics including: the transformation of trade governance and policy; economic security and international trade; the role of developing countries in redefining international trade; industrial policy and the reshaping of globalization; trade and sustainability; digital trade, data, governance, and AI international regulation; and the fragmentation and potential renewal of multilateral institutions. Submissions will be considered on a rolling basis through January 15th, 2026, with selections finalized by January 30th, 2026.
